Wedding Music...FINALLY

Wedding music has been the thorn in my side for months now. The idea seems so easy when in reality it sucks the big one! It is really difficult to put music together to please not only yourself but everyone else that will be attending your wedding. Wedding guests will always remember the food and the music so it is a high pressure situation! Since its crunch time I really picked several of our favorite tunes and left the rest up to our djs.

Here is what we chose:
Remember this post when I talked about Vitamin String Quartet?

So what do you guys think?
I still have time to add some more so what are some of your favorite wedding songs to dance to?

I love so many of these songs! Also, the Paul Simon song is a wonderful song and a perfect choice for the Father/Daughter dance! =)

Great music choices!

Just be sure to tell your DJ that if a guest requests a song and it's not on your do-not-play-list that he can play it. And make sure he understands. I told my DJ that he could take requests as long as the songs on our do-not-play-list. Anytime a guest requested a song he told the guest that they had to clear the song by me first. Ugh. I had 5+ people come up to me mid-conversation with someone else to ask if a song could be played. I wasn't annoyed with them-- I was annoyed with our dumb DJ.

Great selections Kristina- I guess you’re pretty much excited on your wedding day. You could also check Bruno Mars album-his songs are really great!
