Friday Favorites

Just a few random thoughts to kick off my Friday.

[one]
It's playoff time.
Don't bother me.
Let's Go Rangers

[two]

The more I look at Jack and realize he's more of a big boy and less of a baby each day. I love watching him grow but it's really getting me all "I want another baby" and "Let's have another"! Then I remember how tired I really am or the fact that Jack had me up from 3-4 this morning.

[three]

My child is obsessed with a ziplock bag of Legos. Jack loves carrying around this silly bag. He doesn't play with them. Just carries them around. It's pretty darn cute!

I love that is is finally deck weather. We threw out our old table that was large for our deck and had began rusting. We bought a much smaller and saver table. We now have plenty of room on our deck for Jack to play while we enjoy the quiet of our backyard.

People stay the stupidest things over social media. I had posted something about Cystic Fibrosis earlier this week on Facebook. (As many of you know Jack has been diagnosed with CF) Some one I went to high school with made the most idiotic comment about knowing some one who had CF but died after a lung transplant at the age of 34. I know that all people with CF have different life expectancy but I don't need to be reminded. What the F was she thinking???

oh I wish we had an umbrella covered porch table! A little shade goes a long way to being able to enjoy eating outdoors, esp in the FL heat. Enjoy that a little extra for me!

Oooh I love your new patio set!! That stinks that the old one rusted even though it claimed to be "rust-proof." I hope you get to enjoy it this weekend! Jack with the Legos is seriously so cute, too :)

I'm sorry to hear about the inconsiderate comment made on Facebook. I think people really do not think before they say things. That, or they are jerks who don't care. Either way, it's messed up. I know people who just speak and are completely insensitive to other peoples feelings. I wish you the best with everything.

Jack is adorable!!!
I'm so sorry you had to deal with a rude comment. My 19 month old has Down Syndrome, and I have heard the stupidest, most ignorant things, mostly from friends. One friend continuously asks if he's a "midget" because he's so small. My defense mechanism is to laugh off the stupidity, but I do wonder why people say the things they do. Hang in there, mama! Enjoy your weekend!

What a cutie carrying around that bag of Legos! And I love your new patio table too.
Ugh, I don't know what is wrong with people sometimes! There's definitely been several comments from people I used to know in high school and I think to myself, why was I ever friends with this person?
