Today I'm linking up with Lindsay at Scenic Glory for the first week of The Happiness Project.
For the first week I am attempting to DESTRESS. This is first on my list because I feel as if I stress way to much. It is unhealthy for my body and soul. I have seem the effects and I really don't like what I see. Next Thursday I will post with some of my tips, tools and progress.

I like your little sign! I need to try to de-stress myself. Gosh, I stay all tied in knots most days. I hope your week goes well!
eep! I feel the same. I'm a stress machine and it's no good. I'm doing the happiness project too, and to de-stress will probably be an upcoming goal for me too

oh good plan!! i am doing the happiness project too :-) this week im focussing on exercise ~ my post on it isn't going up till tomorrow though! x
