Heavy Heart

I am posting today with a heavy heart. Yesterday I got news that a very good friend of mine lost her mother to cancer. I've posted about Lori and her mom Mella before.   It is a terrible thing to watch a friend lose a parent. My heart aches for her and her family. I just hope she is able to find comfort in her mother who is no longer suffering. Days like yesterday are another reminder of why you should hug your mom a little tighter and appreciate her a little more than usual.
